How To File Claim

  1. Call your insurance company promptly and confirm your coverage. If your roof has been damaged by hail, wind, or any other natural disaster you are most likely entitled to a roof replacement.
  2. Have all elements of your home checked by a reputable professional. A storm damage may affect other parts of your house. For Example, a broken vent on the roof could lead to water damage on the inside.
  3. Get a accurate written estimate for repair or replacement
  4. Depending on your insurance company they may want a few estimates and may suggest some contractors. Remember it is your choice who you decide to hire and it should be someone you are comfortable working with
  5. The claim will be approved or not. In the past we   have advocated for clients when a claim awarded did not cover the entirety of the home. You are also able to appeal any decisions they have made
  6. Once the claim is approved, the work is scheduled to suit your timeframe and we understand the importance the problem fixed before costly damage occurs.
  7. Depending on your insurance company the funds may come directly to you or your contractor will submit payment from them
